Terms of Service

The ground rules, in plain language. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 2026.

Quotes are estimates

Every price we give you is an estimate based on the job as assessed — on site, by phone, or from photos you provide. A quote becomes a firm agreement once you approve it and we begin work. If conditions change once we're on site (hidden damage, unsafe conditions, a bigger repair than described), we'll stop, show you what we found, and get your approval on any revised price before continuing.

Service-call minimum

Our minimum charge is $300 per service call. This covers rolling a rig truck to your location, setup, and basic consumables. It applies whether the job takes twenty minutes or the whole day.

Payment terms

Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice. Small jobs are payable on completion; larger projects may be billed in progress draws agreed in advance. Commercial accounts may arrange terms. Late balances may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by Texas law, whichever is less), and we reserve the right to pause or decline future work on accounts past due.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule jobs in good faith and aim to arrive within the agreed window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. If we've already mobilized a truck to your location for a canceled job, a trip charge may apply — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.

Site conditions and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the job site, including any site-specific safety requirements, hot work permits, or gate access on oilfield locations. Our crews may stop work immediately if site conditions become unsafe. Work resumes when conditions are corrected; time lost to unsafe conditions caused by the site may be billable.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If a weld we made fails due to a defect in our work, we'll come back and make it right — labor on the repair included. This covers our workmanship only: not damage from misuse, overloading, modification by others, or use outside the scope of the original repair.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost production, downtime, or lost profits — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Midland County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and it applies to work scheduled after any change is posted.
